When you book your slot.

fill in and email to me prior the session.
Meet and greet on zoom. This is when we get to know each other and we talk through your symptoms so that we can face them head on. I will be letting you know my experiences and how I have overcome the obstacles.
After looking into your symptoms the last 2 hour long sessions will include all the
information you will need to decide which way forward you would like to go. Whether that would be the HRT route or not. You will be all set to book that appointment with your health professional.
These sessions will give you a huge insight into what is happening to your body and mind whilst going through peri/menopause and why we suffer from certain symptoms. Along with recommendations and resources.
You will receive the current Menopause Life Magazine free of charge, packed full of articles, interviews and recipes and lots more.
Access to a private Facebook group which currently has over 100 members
A follow up email with a bespoke plan for your reference.
